The vacation auto-reply form has been merged into the new webmail page: https://mail.8vamail.com
After login, click the Settings (gear) icon, then click My Email Options, fill out the Vacation Message/Auto Responder section, then click Enable vacation message to activate the message response between the two dates specified.
